Important!!! Before downloading and installing the
RPSDownloader.NET version, ensure
that
Microsoft's .NET Frameword 3.5 is installed on your PC.

The application sends notifications (without any private data) to the official web server
for statistics purposes ONLY!
The notifications are sent during application initialization and during its shutdown
